Information We Collect
We only collect your name, phone number, and email address at registration. Sensitive data (payment history, support notes, and family information is stored only in your dashboard and is not accessible to the company. All payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not collect or store card numbers. Payment use is subject to the provider’s terms.

User Anonymity and Dashboard Privacy
Sensitive data remains private within each user’s dashboard. Icon Data Group LLC does not access, view, or collect this information. The Company has no administrative access to user dashboards.

Use of Information
We use your email to communicate account updates, notices, or legal information. No other personal data is used.

Cookies and Tracking
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not engage in cross-site tracking or targeted advertising. We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals as we do not conduct behavioral tracking.

Data Security and Breach Notification
We follow industry best practices to protect accounts. If a security breach occurs involving personal information, we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay, consistent with California law.

Account Deletion and Backups
When a user deletes their account, all dashboard data is purged and a copy sent to their email. Backups are erased on a rolling 90-day schedule.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If such information is identified, it is deleted immediately.

AI Assistant Data Usage and Processing
When users interact with Izzy, information entered may be processed to generate responses and assist with platform functionality.
This may include:
  • Agreement data
  • Payment entries
  • Incident descriptions
Users acknowledge:
  • Data may be processed by third-party services
  • Users should limit sensitive information where possible
  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies
The AI Assistant does not make automated decisions affecting legal or personal outcomes.
Use of the assistant constitutes consent to this processing.

User Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request disclosure, deletion, or correction of their data. We do not sell personal data. A 'Do Not Sell My Info' link is provided.

Accessibility
Accessibility requests may be directed to accessibility@informalchildsupport.com. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 15.

Changes to Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of revisions. We will notify users of material changes.
